We gladly accept the return/exchange within 30 days of receipt if you are not quite pleased with the items you received. However, please make sure items in new condition.

Simply drop us an email or note before return/exchange, we will try our best to meet your request.

Please note overdue requests may not be accepted.

 

What’s moonmandy’s Return/Exchange Policy?

  1. Returns must be received in new condition, unused, unworn, unwashed. Otherwise, returns will be subject to refusal.
  2. Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.
  3. We do not accept the returned package without notifying us upfront.
  4. We do not accept packages returned using COD service.
  5. Don't return the package to the shipping address on the shipping label, we cannot receive the package. If so, we can not make any refund. 
  6. We do not accept the return method of directly rejecting the package without contacting the customer service. We cannot receive the returned package which is directly refused, so we cannot refund it. If you want to make a return, please contact customer service and return to the address provided by customer service.

  2. Our customer service will communicate with you in the email, please pay attention to the reply. (Usually will reply within one working day)
  3. Please return through your local post office to avoid tax when it arrives in our country.
  4. Please send us tracking info after you return, which is quite important. Without return info, there will be no refund.
  5. Refund will be released within 5 working days after we received the package.

 

 How should I make an exchange?

  2. Resend will be arranged once we get return info.

 

Cancellation Policy

  1. Submitting canceling request by dropping an email.
  2. Our customer service will communicate with you in the email, please pay attention to the reply. (Usually will reply within one working day)
  3. The prepared items cannot be canceled or stopped.
  4. The shipped orders cannot be canceled.  
  5. We cannot offer the resend or refund about the order which is delivered to the shipping address buyers offered.

Important tips:

1. The package which is successfully delivered to the shipping address customer offered cannot be refunded or resend.
2.Please fill in your correct full address including your country, state, city, street number, apartment number and zip code. Please fill in your receiving phone number correctly so that the courier can contact you.
3. If during the delivery process, the delivery is unsuccessful due to the unclear(such as missing apartment number or contact number) or wrong address provided by the buyer, and no one signs for receipt. The buyer did not contact the shipping company in time or did not cooperate with the pickup or refused to provide information, which caused the package to be returned or destroyed. All losses are borne by the customer and the seller does not provide a refund or resend.
